Dinolift Oy has manufactured DINO mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP) since the 1970s. Based in Loimaa, Finland, Dinolift’s three production facilities are located within a few kilometers of each other.
The greatest challenge in manufacturing MEWPs is to make them as lightweight as possible. For this reason, they include a lot of enclosed structures and high-strength steels, which are difficult to weld. In addition, the MEWPs must meet the quality requirements of two welding standards: both the European EN ISO 3834 and the slightly more rigorous, North American AWS.
