Season's Greetings

Water is a vital natural resource for both humans and nature, and should never be taken for granted. Global warming and eutrophication are only a few of issues threatening marine biodiversity, especially in the Baltic Sea. Today, seven out of ten world's largest water bodies suffering from oxygen depletion are in the Baltic Sea, which makes it one of the most sensitive and polluted seas in the world. With 85 million inhabitants, its large river basin is also home to many Kemppi subsidiaries.

Sustainable and responsible business has always been at the core of our operations. This year, Kemppi will make a donation to the Baltic Sea Action Group (BSAG) to support the protection of the Baltic Sea. The funds will be directed to preventing eutrophication and promoting maritime safety.

Only by coming together and taking action, we can ensure a sustainable future.
