Your equipment FAQ
WISE products can be purchased separately from Kemppi Datastore. Users cannot update the software by themselves. This can be done by Kemppi representative via Mobile Maintenance app. Ordering codes for different WISE products can be found from Kemppi Userdoc.

We use the well-known Amazon Web Service platform as the core of our cloud services. This platform guarantees up to date, expandable and reliable information security environment. X8 MIG Welder use secure communication protocol between the Kemppi cloud services. X8 MIG Welder cannot be accessed or connected to from other outside networks, because all incoming access requests from network side have been blocked.
